Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. Your rent is late as of midnight on the first, but we give you a grace period until the 5th.
At Sterling Properties & Management LLC, we prefer online payments as they are quick, secure, and convenient for both parties. However, we also accept mail payments if necessary.
